Datatype Inc. is exceptionally proud of our professional, experienced staff. Key personnel include:
Frost - President and founder of Datatype Inc., Frost will answer questions or "trouble shoot" when a hardware or software problem arises. Frost is a certified teacher who can train personnel or consult on office workflow and computerization. Knowledgeable in all aspects of the work performed by Datatype Inc., Frost is the all-around expert to call on.
Sherry - Medical transcription is Sherry's forte. She has been with Datatype Inc. since 1983. Sherry is accurate and conscientious, and can be counted on to call if she has a question, insuring accurate products. Sherry is our work coordinator making sure that jobs are completed in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
Debbie - With expertise in insurance and medical terminology, Debbie is a sixteen-year veteran at Datatype Inc. She takes a personal interest in all the work that she does for our clients. As wehave moved from electric typewriters to the latest PC's, Debbie has found the new technologiesto be an advantage for customer and clerical worker alike.
Wally - As an expert in accurate data entry, especially numeric, Wally provides Datatype Inc. and our customers with capable handling of bookkeeping and billing. Wally also maintains the answering service switchboard, providing excellent voice communication for our customers.
Lisa - When it comes to customer care, Lisa is as conscientious about your work as you are. A Microsoft Word expert, Lisa can help in broad areas of day-to-day operations and transition smoothly among our varied customer base.
Illie - A veteran of multiple service industries, Illie can be counted on to assist not only in the technical aspects of our work, but as a former "temp" can fill in a lot of gaps when it comes to financial or insurance terminology.
As you can see, the synergy of our staff is based on mutual support and caring for the customer. We cross-train constantly to ensure a consistent product.
